A few years ago, I moved from Gilbert, Arizona and purchased a new home in Corte Bella.  I was a little hesitant… after all, those places are for “old” people.  Boy, was I wrong!  They’re all MY age!  Everyone here is energetic and young at heart.  After all, "60" is the new 50.  Some of the residents are still working, others are retired and come in for the winter months and others live here year round.  There’s always something to do and always someone to do it with!

I am very familiar with the Del Webb communities of Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Corte Bella and Sun City Festival.  Each one offers unique amenities.  There’s a perfect fit for almost everyone searching not for just a house, but a fulfilling lifestyle.  Most of these neighborhoods offer homes in every size and price point.  I’ve had the honor of helping many wonderful people choose one of these communities which they now call home. 

Once you experience the lifestyle, you’ll never want to live in an ordinary neighborhood again!  Making friends, staying active and enjoying life is what it’s all about.  The mild winter temperatures and abundant Arizona sunshine make it possible to enjoy your favorite outdoor activities, even if it’s just relaxing to watch a beautiful sunset.

I love real estate, but it is not my only passion.  My 5 children and 5 grandchildren keep me active and smiling.
